WJC 2026 Annual Ballot - Proposed By-laws Change

West Jersey Chapter members will be voting this year on changing your Chapter’s By-laws to permit electronic balloting. Currently we can only conduct elections through the mail, so to facilitate this change, West Jersey Chapter’s membership must approve the proposed change to your By-laws, and this question appears as the third item on the annual ballot. Unfortunately, the text of the proposed change was not included with the ballot package mailing sent out early in September. A PDF version of this document can be viewed and downloaded here, and should be reviewed before voting. Our current By-laws, also in PDF file format, can be viewed and downloaded here.

Please mark and return your ballot promptly in the envelope provided. Your ballot must be received prior to West Jersey Chapter’s Annual Meeting, Monday, October 26, 2026, in order to be counted. Thank you!
