West Jersey Chapter’s July membership meeting was held virtually via Zoom on Monday, July 24, 2023. Trains have played a key part in the annual Army-Navy college football game by bringing spectators and teams to Philadelphia’s Municipal Stadium (later JFK Stadium) and Veterans Stadium. WJC Vice President Fred Ciocciola shared his personal photos of the game-day railroad action over the course of 31 years, both at the stadiums and nearby in South Philadelphia.
